From Geneva Airport to the foot of Mont Blanc
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is about 88 km from Geneva Airport. Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, takes care of your luggage and drives you straight to your chalet, hotel or residence anywhere in the Chamonix valley: Les Houches, Chamonix town centre, Argentière.
The route follows the A40 motorway and crosses the French-Swiss border, so keep your ID documents at hand. In winter, the vehicles assigned to ski-resort transfers are equipped for snow and mountain roads with the appropriate seasonal equipment.
Skiing, mountaineering, a family holiday or a business trip: the service runs all year round, on advance reservation, including during the peak winter season.
Skis, luggage and child seats
Skis and snowboards can be carried on request. Let us know the number of passengers, suitcases and ski equipment when you book, and we will select the most suitable vehicle.
The Mercedes V-Class is especially recommended for families and groups travelling with several bags or ski equipment. Child seats can be provided on prior request.
Skiing in Chamonix
- Valley altitude range : 1 035 – 3 300 m
- Ski areas : 5
- Vallée Blanche : ≈ 20 km
The Chamonix valley has five ski areas between 1,035 m and 3,300 m: Les Houches, Brévent, Flégère, Grands Montets and Balme. Grands Montets, between 1,235 m and 2,800 m, is known for challenging skiing and off-piste. Brévent-Flégère offers sunny slopes facing Mont Blanc.
The Vallée Blanche, an off-piste descent of about 20 km from the Aiguille du Midi across the Mer de Glace, should be skied with a guide by less experienced skiers.
For your first ski day, tell us which area you are heading to: we drop you at your chalet or straight at the lifts, for example in Argentière for Grands Montets.
Season 2026/27: Grands Montets and Flégère open on 28 November 2026 (Grands Montets daily from 5 December), Brévent on 12 December 2026. Brévent closes on 18 April 2027 and Grands Montets on 2 May 2027. New this season: the new Argentière – Lognan gondola opens for Christmas 2026.
